The Green Bay Packers once again started the game slow against the Denver Broncos. The game flow setup was perfect for plenty of passing for the Packers, but neither of the receiving props hit.

The best bets have fallen to 7-10 on the year. This week is a new week, and the optimism is high. The Minnesota Vikings are a good team to give the Packers some opportunities through the air.

First, here is a recap of the bets from the Broncos game.

Green Bay Packers Week Seven Betting Results

AJ Dillon Over 36.5 Rushing Yards – I figured Aaron Jones would be limited, and Dillon has been running well as of late. This was an easy win. (Win)

Christian Watson Over 52.5 Receiving Yards – I have no words. Against one of the worst deep ball teams, I expected a huge day for Watson. What a disappointment. (Loss)

Luke Musgrave Over 32.5 Receiving Yards – Musgrave was targeted often early on and then quieted down after the first few drives. He ended the day with 30 yards after injuring his ankle. He has looked good, and he is due for a breakout game; this was not the game. (Loss)

Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings Best Bets

Jordan Love Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

The way to beat the Vikings is through the air. The Vikings are one of the worst defenses in the red zone, allowing a touchdown 64.71% of the time. I think the Packers figure out the offense, and Love throws for a pair.

T.J. Hockenson Over 5.5 Receptions

Since the injury to Justin Jefferson, T.J. Hockenson has become Kirk Cousins go-to guy. Hockenson is averaging just shy of ten targets and 7.3 receptions a game. PFF gives him the advantage over Packers linebacker Quay Walker. I see him finishing with seven or eight on the day.

Romeo Douds Over 41.5 Receiving Yards

The bottom line is the Green Bay Packers have to get Romeo Doubs more involved. Doubs is too talented not to eclipse 41.5 yards. I predict the way the offense gets fixed is starting with tempo early. The Vikings are giving up 6.8 yards per catch, which puts them at 20th in the league.

Doubs hits this number in the first half.
