Pro Bowl Voting has arrived. Most Green Bay Packers fans don’t care much about the Pro Bowl. Honestly, most fans, in general, don’t care about the Pro Bowl. The way I see it. It’s a game that indicates that your team didn’t make it to the year’s final game. The same can be said for the players.

However, I believe it’s important for players to be recognized. The Pro Bowl is a way to show appreciation for your favorite players and give confidence to some young up-and-coming players.

Over the past few years, the NFL has been trying to make their All-Star night more enjoyable, much like every major sports league. I think watching your favorite players participate is the only way to make the Pro Bowl more enjoyable. Let’s help these three Packers players make the Pro Bowl.

Green Bay Packers Offensive Player

Zach Tom

Tom has the best case on offense to make the Pro Bowl at Right tackle. PFF has him graded as the 10th-best tackle in football, and for good reason. He hasn’t missed a single snap on offense. He has played 828 total offensive snaps.

More impressively, he hasn’t played poorly this season. According to PFF, his lowest-graded game was week two against Atlanta. He recorded a 59.3 overall grade in that game due to a poor run block grade. His pass rush grade was still 79.2.

Green Bay Packers Defensive Player

Rashan Gary

I don’t think it should take a lot of convincing to vote Gary into the Pro Bowl. He has been, far and away, the best player on the Packers defense. He has been a one-person wrecking crew this season.  According to PFF, he is the 16th-best edge player in the NFL. His production on nearly half the total defensive snap is impressive.

It would be nice to see him recognized for his remarkable comeback season. He likely won’t win Comeback Player of the Year because there are some other great candidates. That’s why ensuring he gets recognized in the Pro Bowl is important.

The Kick Return Specialist

Keisean Nixon

I don’t need to say a lot on this one. Nixon will likely get the nod as the kick returner for the Pro Bowl. He still leads the NFL in kick return yards with 648. For the past two seasons, he has been a positive for the Packers and the special teams. He deserves to be recognized for his hard work.
