The Green Bay Packers played their best game of the year in a dominating win over the Dallas Cowboys. They now travel to San Fransisco to take on the number one-seeded 49ers.

Here is a look at the Packers’ performance against the Dallas Cowboys.

This article will list the top five worst and best PFF-graded players from each side of the ball.  We will also include some stats and some context to the grades.

By Analyzing these stats, we can get a better idea if they match up to what we see statistically. The PFF Grades are not everything, but give a good measure of where the player stands. A grade above 70 is good, and the 60s is average. A grade that is below 50 would be considered below average.

Green Bay Packers Offense

Top Five Offensive Grades

1. Luke Musgrave – PFF Grade: 93.4

2. Romeo Doubs – PFF Grade: 93.2

3. Jordan Love – PFF Grade: 92.5

4. Aaron Jones – PFF Grade: 89.7

5. Zach Tom – PFF Grade: 83.9

Green Bay Packers Offense Analysis

Luke Musgrave’s season was at risk of being over with a lacerated kidney. On a limited snap count, he was able to play against Chicago. Against the Cowboys, he played well. He finished with three receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown dagger.

The Packers have a deep, young, talented receiver group. He may have been forgotten about a little bit, but he was dominant against the Cowboys. Romeo Doubs finished with six receptions for 151 yards and one touchdown. Countless times, he was able to find a window in the defense for Jordan Love. Of his six receptions, five were for first downs.

Jordan Love has officially solidified himself as the franchise quarterback of the Green Bay Packers. He dismantled the Cowboys’ defense led by coordinator Dan Quinn. He threw for 272 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.2% of his throws. Love finished with a 157.2 passer rating.

The key to success for this offense is establishing the run. Aaron Jones put together another masterful performance. He rushed for 118 yards on 21 carries and scored three touchdowns. He accounted for nine first downs and looks as good as ever in his career. The kid for El Paso balled out.

Death, Taxes, and the Packers are finding a stud tackle in the mid-rounds. Zach Tom had a day. The top defense at producing pressure only produced five pressures the entire night and did not allow a sack. Tom also received a 91.4 run-blocking grade on 31 snaps.

3. Kingsley Enagbare – PFF Grade: 47.7

Green Bay Packers Defense Analysis

Savage played 60 snaps in coverage and allowed two receptions for seven yards. He blew the game wide open with a pick-six late in the second quarter.

The Packers got their number-one cornerback back, though he wasn’t 100%. Jaire Alexander gutted it out; he allowed two receptions for 25 yards. He only played 38 coverage snaps before re-aggravating his ankle injury. He set the tone with an outstanding interception while defending Brandin Cooks.

Keisean Nixon was all over the field. He had eight tackles (six solos), one pass breakup, and a sack. He played downhill and aggressively.

The overall grades are skewed slightly due to the Packers letting off the gas with eight minutes left in the fourth quarter. There is no doubt at all that the game plan was great, and the guys bought in. Hopefully, they can carry the momentum into next week against the 49ers.
