Kitan Oladapo Background

Kitan grew up in Happy Valley, Oregon. He attended Central Catholic High School, where he played his high school football. Kitan was not recruited out of high school and walked into Oregon State. In his freshman season, Kitan barely saw the field and redshirted. He went on to play four seasons with the Beavers—Kitan majors in design and innovation management.

Some of Kitan’s accolades while he played for Oregon State: Associated Press All-Pac-12 First Team, All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention, PFF All Pac-12 First Team, Phil Steele All Pac-12 Fourth Team.

How Kitan Oladapo Would Fit With the Green Bay Packers

He seems like a slam dunk for someone in which the Green Bay Packers would be interested. He is a willing tackler. For example, his best-tackling games last season came against CAL, San Jose State, Notre Dame, Colorado, and Washington. He is also a playmaker. He allowed eight touchdowns in his career with the Beavers. PFF graded him out last season as the 7th best safety in the nation, right behind Tyler Nubin of Minnesota, someone getting a lot of buzz pre-draft to be a late first or early second-round player.

He checks all the physical boxes that Green Bay generally looks at closely. All that’s left is to see how his measurables test out. If I had to make a guess, he moves up the safety rankings the closer we get to draft day.
